If you’re dissatisfied with any ITDEVTECH software product you purchased from www.itdevtech.com, or one of our partners, you may contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 30 days after your purchase date, unless it was a fraudulent transaction.
To request a refund, use the information provided in the confirmation email you received after you made your purchase. Or contact our partner if you bought our products from one of our channel partners.
They will get back to you within 24 hours.
1.Only software purchased via www.itdevtech.com is eligible for a refund, and only if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. If you bought it elsewhere, your software is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
2.If we issue a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days. Upon receipt, you must uninstall any software for which you no longer possess a valid license. We reserve the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

One year of maintenance and support is included with the purchase of a new ITDEVTECH license depending on the type of plan you have chosen.
Your maintenance and support plan begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. It will renew automatically at the list price on your annual renewal date.
You may cancel the renewal of your ITDEVTECH product maintenance and support plan at any time via your ITDEVTECH Account. If you cancel within 14 days after the renewal date, you’ll be refunded fully based on your original method of payment. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your plan will continue until the end of your contracted term.
If you cancel your ITDEVTECH maintenance and support plan, you will not be entitled to upgrades or technical support after the contracted term ends.
You will own the license for the last version of the software that you downloaded while your maintenance and support plan was active.
